  • Events go on rain or shine!

  • Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times.

 

  • No one admitted under the age of 13 without a parent or guardian. 

 

  • Valid IDs are required and checked when buying any alcoholic beverages, regardless of age. 

 

  • No purses, bags, or backpacks lager than 10” x 12” will be allowed inside the venue. 

 

  • No food or beverages from sources outside of The Barnyard vendors are allowed in the venue. 

 

  • There is no smoking, e-cigarettes, or other combustible organic materials used anywhere else in the facility. Violation of the policy may result in removal from the facility.

  • The Barnyard is in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

 

  • With the exception of trained service animals or animals used as part of a production, no pets are allowed in the facility.  

 

  • Small non-professional personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video, and removable lens cameras ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT VENUE APPROVAL. Cameras must fit in a pocket, small clutch bag. The use of video recording is strictly prohibited. (THIS INCLUDES THE USE OF GoPro CAMERAS.)

 

  • For the safety of guests, concertgoers and their possessions are subject to search as a condition of admittance. The Barnyard reserves the right to refuse admission to any person not in compliance with all posted policies or the explicit direction of venue staff.

 

  • The following items are not allowed at The Barnyard: Aerosol cans, coolers, picnic baskets, fireworks, illegal drugs, laser pens and pointers, noise-making devices, musical instruments, skateboards, beach balls, knives, guns, signs and/or posters, glow sticks, hula hoops, selfie sticks, iPads, tablets, recording devices, personal property that is potential hazard to others and any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by The Barnyard staff.

 

  • Strollers are not allowed to be brought into the seating, lawn, or plaza areas of The Barnyard.

 

  • Re-entry is generally prohibited at The Barnyard. Guests who have a medical or other emergency and need to re-enter should contact the guest service representative for assistance.  

 

  • Umbrellas are expressly prohibited at The Barnyard. All events are rain or shine. Guests are encouraged to bring rain jackets, ponchos, parkas, or other jackets in the event of rain.  

 

  • Accessible seating for patrons in wheelchairs and with other needs is available for all performances. Please contact us at, info@thebarnyardvenue.com as early as possible to ensure that we can meet your party’s needs. 

  • Blankets and stadium seats are allowed on the lawn for seating. Space on the lawn may be limited, so we ask that all blankets be folded directly under your occupied area only. Please be courteous of other patrons near you and do not take up more space than is needed. 

WEATHER POLICY

  • Performances will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions, shows may be delayed or postponed by the artists and venue management. Any updates will be announced via The Barnyard's social media channels. Only in a rare circumstance will performances be canceled. 

  • Due to the lack of permanent structure at The Barnyard, if and when it has been determined the venue must be evacuated, patrons must exit the grounds and seek safe shelter until notified by The Barnyard staff or The Barnyard social media.

  • Before the concert make sure you are checking our social media for any event announcements. During an event, any weather-related messages will be communicated via the loudspeakers on-site and on The Barnyard's social media pages. 

TICKET QUESTIONS

1.  ​How do I know if my ticket order went through?

After placing a successful order, you should receive a confirmation number and/or confirmation email. You can also log in to your account and check "User Menu > Order > Order History".

2. How can I print my tickets?

When you complete the purchase, assuming that you have selected e-tickets as delivery method:

1.  You'll see the tickets on the confirmation page and can print them right away

2.  In your confirmation email, there is a link to the "Print Tickets"

      You can log in to your account and print tickets from "User Menu > Tickets > Print Tickets".

3.  ​What if I didn't receive a confirmation email or invoice?

First, check your spam folder, if the email isn't there, you’ve probably entered an invalid email address or are using a system that blocks our emails. 
 

To view, print, or receive the confirmation and email as an invoice use the “user menu > orders > order history” and click on the icon for the invoice.

4.  ​I purchased my tickets as a guest. Can I still log in to print or manage my tickets?

Sure, you can claim your account. On the sign-in box, enter your email address, the one that you used when purchasing the tickets, and click on the "Forgot Password". Then follow the steps to create a password for your account.

CAMPING

  • We only offer primitive camping so there will be no water or electic hookups. Portable toilets will be available and located inside the camping area. Generators are permitted.

  • Camping is $25 per site per night and is only available for guests who have purchased a ticket for a show. The camping pass does not include admission into the show - concert tickets must be purchased seperately. All guests at the campsite must have a concert ticket. 

  • Guests must be checked-in at their campsite by 2pm on the day of the show, check out is at 12pm the following day. Should you miss the 2pm set up time, you will forfeit your camping spot. We cannot allow vehicles into the campsite during soundcheck.

  • Campsites are marked and are available on a first come, first served basis. There will be a Barnyard representative available to assist with any questions and provide directions.

  • The campsite is roughly 100 yards from the concert venue.

  • RVs and campers are allowed into the campsite.

  • Food and drinks purchased outside of The Barnyard will only be permitted at the campsite but not inside the concert venue.

  • Grills are allowed but fires and fire pits are not permitted.

  • Shows at The Barnyard go on rain or shine, as does camping, so no cancellations will be refunded due to inclement weather.

  • Pets are not allowed. 

VIP PARKING

  • There is a designated parking lot for guests with VIP parking passes.

  • With VIP parking, there is no wait to park and the VIP lot is closer to the box office.
